Application documents: Your key to success

Your application documents are crucial. Don't forget to send us your cover letter, your CV, and relevant certificates. These include, for example, your high school yearbook or final report card and any school news from the current year.

Confirmation: Your first step into the SPRINGER world

Once you submit your application documents via our online form, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. This will let you know that your documents have been successfully received by us.

Competency check: Your skills in focus

After confirmation, the competency check follows. Here, we assess your skills in mathematics, technical understanding, and more. Convince us of your potential!

Interview: Your chance to convince us

If you successfully complete the competency assessment, we will invite you to a personal interview. This step allows us to get to know you and your parents or guardians better.

Acceptance or rejection: The decision is approaching

After the interview, we'll let you know whether we see you as a part of our team. A positive decision means you'll receive a written confirmation of your apprenticeship at SPRINGER.
